Instrumentation & Accelerometer Calibration Services

We offer a range of accelerometer and instrumentation calibration services for Kemo products in addition to other accelerometer, signal conditioning and sensors. We have many decades of experience in the manufacture, test and calibration of our instruments and those of our competitors. Please refer to the list below for an example of our calibration options, all equipment used within our calibration department is calibrated and traceable to a UKAS accredited National standard.

Return to Kemo Calibration : To maximise accuracy and ensure the highest quality of signal integrity we always recommend a return to Kemo calibration for our own filter products. This is because only we understand how they should perform. Our filter curves have been documented throusands of times and only we know if they are within specification. Other calibration facilities will only check the gain settings and not the filter responses, this is an essential check. Get in touch with the low noise experts for a quality calibration of your Kemo filter product.

Accelerometer Calibration Services

Our accelerometer calibration system is a fully automated back to back calibration using UKAS calibrated traceable equipment. Running a stepped sign profile at the required selected frequencies the RULA Technologies system is one of the world’s leading dedicated accelerometer calibration systems which features integrated IEPE and Charge signal conditioning to minimise errors.

Triaxial accelerometers are calibrated within the same sequence providing a single calibration report.

Operating with a Data Physics V20/PA100 amplifier system for wide frequency response.
